Parties of 200 guests or more will be charged additional fees.
2-Day Rental
Decorate, rehearse, and have your rehearsal dinner on-site. This is a great option for many couples.
Add a Thursday to your Friday wedding from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m at any time for a booking fee of only $1000 more.
OR
Add a Friday to your Saturday wedding from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. four months prior to your wedding date for a booking fee of $1000 more.

What is the rental fee at the Diamond 3 & what does it include?

What is required to reserve a date?

- email us a request for the date.
- Provide us with the required contract information within 48 hours.
- Print, sign, and return the completed contract with the booking fee of $1000. within ten days.
- Our venue is now yours for that day
- All payments are non-refundable
When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?

- Half of the remaining balance is due 9 months out
- The remaining balance is due 30 days out
- You are welcome to send smaller, partial payments prior to the due date, creating your own payment plan
- Please include the last names of the couple and the wedding date in the memo line if you are mailing a check.
- We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds. Tax is applied to each payment
- All payments are non-refundable
What form of payment does Diamond 3 accept?

Is there a guest count minimum?
No, we do not have a guest count minimum.
Can I have my wedding outside or inside the venue?
Yes, at the Diamond 3, we have an outdoor and indoor space
What is the role of the venue team leader?
The in-house venue team leader will conduct your tour, respond to email inquiries, and meet with you, upon request, to go over event details.
What is your capacity?
The Diamond 3 can comfortably host 300 plus in our indoor and our outdoor facility.
Do you offer lodging?
We do not offer lodging at this time. However, we are planning on providing lodging in the future.
Do you allow dogs onsite?
We are dog friendly, with some specific stipulations. Dogs are allowed (only with pre-approval by the in-house team leader) at the ceremony and for pictures. Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed under the roof or near food. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them other than the bride and groom.
What happens in case it rains?
In the case of rain, we have a beautiful backdrop indoors. Guests sit at their tables and our team moves the few (usually 3 - 5) tables down the middle of the room to create a beautiful aisle. Our couples have loved this option because it’s a stunning ceremony location.
Are any decorations prohibited?
Glitter, confetti, sparklers, and fireworks are not permitted. Candles must be contained or have a wide base. We also ask that if you choose to hang decorations, you use alternative hanging options that will not damage the walls.
What is your alcohol policy?
All alcohol must be served through a licensed and insured bartender.

PLANNING QUESTIONS
How many cars will your parking lot accommodate? Can cars be left overnight?
The gravel parking lot will accommodate approximately 150 cars. Cars are not allowed to be left overnight.
What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!
Can we leave decorations and other items at your facility to pick up the next day?
Clean up will have to be done the night of the event. If you have a weekend rental, clean up will have to be done before checkout time on Sunday.
We are using a rental company. Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?
This may be an option, but it will have to be worked out with the in-house Venue team leader in advance.
How far in advance do you need our final headcount?
Three weeks
When is the next open house?
Our open house events are designed for couples who have already had a private tour of Diamond 3. If we have already had the chance to meet we welcome you out to one of our open house events. Open house dates and the RSVP form can be found here.
What time do you suggest we start the ceremony?
We suggest starting Friday weddings at 5:00 pm, Saturday weddings between 4:00 - 5:00 pm, and Sunday weddings at 4:00 pm. Should your wedding be taking place after the time change, If you do NOT plan to do a first look or plan to get married when the sun sets earlier in the evening, please contact us to discuss schedule.
If we choose the one day option, will we be able to access the location early to rehearse our ceremony?
If you elect the one day rental, our venue will likely be reserved by another couple the night before. For that reason, one day rentals should plan for an offsite rehearsal. You are also welcome to bring anyone who would feel more comfortable understanding the venue (such as your DJ or minister, or any little ones in the wedding party) to one of our monthly open houses.
What time does the music need to end?
Music on Fridays/Saturdays must conclude by 10:30 p.m. to ensure that you, all of your items, and all of your vendors are off-property by midnight. Music on Sunday's must conclude by 9:30 p.m. to be off property by 10:00 pm.
