Diamond 3

  • Choice of cake stands

  • Choice of large sign/mirror stand/easel

  • Multiple inside bars

  • Choice of margarita bar or wet bar for patio use

  • Use of plate chargers

  • Use of any photo props: Cinderella Carriage, 1955 Thunderbird Convertible, etc.

  • Up to 250 guests (anything over 250 guests will require an upgrade fee)

Diamond 2

Upgrade: $550

  • Diamond 1 package

  • Any tabletop decor

  • Use of up to 2 arbors/outside doors

  • Use of up to 6 barrels

  • Choice of larger decor

  • White, black, or speciality tablecloths or table runners

  • Choice of bar

  • Selected signs with easel

  • Selected cupcake holders/stands

  • Chocolate fountain

  • Large grass photo wall with signage 

  • Trolly bus with parking attendant

  • Up to 220 guests

Standard upgrades include:

201 or more guests (221 or more guests with Diamond 2 package, 251 or more guests with Diamond 3 package): $15 per person with increments of 10 people. For example, if you have 206 guests, you will be charged for 210 guests. Discount of $5 per person if you want to pick up/deliver/return tables & chairs yourself.

Multiple bars: $150

Trolly bus with parking attendant: $250

Trolly will run 30 minutes before ceremony begins for an hour & for an hour after music concludes

Shuttle school bus: $250 minimum*

One time end-of-night trip to a single hotel of choice in Poplar Bluff or Van Buren. 

Photo props:

Cinderella carriage: $200

1955 Thunderbird convertible: $150

San Francisco Rickshaw bike: $75

Bundle Deal: use carriage and car for only $300 or all for  $350
